Buying/Selling restaurants

Actually, it's just about selling. I might seem ignorant for asking this, but how do you sell your restaurant. Thanks in advance to those who're willing to help

I hope I remember well, didn't play the game a long time.

You never can sell your FIRST restaurant (sandbox game) - and not in the scenarios (because you must have 8 restaurants there).

About the second and up (sandbox game):
Fire the staff (including cheffs), and most important - sell the Reception desk.
Click on "close restaurant" in the bottom line buttons (hover).
Exit to neighbourhood view.
Enter the restaurant again, and you will get a message, what you intend to do with it (sell the land + building, only the building, etc).
I am not sure, but may be if you click once on the restaurant from outside, you will get the message too. Try the both options.

Well, if you want to sell your starter restaurant in Sandbox so you can buy a new one for example, follow this:

Open the restaurant you wish to close
Click "Close" and select the one that says something like: "Close and sell off property" and such, then it does ^-^

but, i think it's not fair, because if i want to start with a small restaurant, how can i do it? why i can't sell my first restaurant,
or, it can be possible to chose how big must be my first restaurant?

Delete the present sandbox game, and start another - this time be more careful in choosing the size, and the cities....

About the size, you are right - you get medium sized restaurant (I didn't noticed that).

But it's not a problem. You can open only one floor, with small kitchen an restrooms.

When you are ready to buy the second one, you are asked if you want 1 floor, or two floors.

The saved game is combined of 4 files: .jpeg, .auto, .sah, and .sav.
I put all of them in a folder, and zipped the folder.
You have to unzip the zipped file, open the folder, "edit/select all", then "edit/copy". don't copy the folder, only the files in it.

Now double-click on all of these: C:/ - Program Files - Enlight - Restaurant Empire - save.

"edit/paste" the copied files.

Open the game and the saved game will be there.

Keep in mind, that you won't be able to open scenario 4, if you didn't play the beginning of scenario 4, i.e., you have to have the same scenario (even not finished) in your save folder.

For instance, you downloaded scenario 8, but you have saved games only until scenario 7, unfinished. You won't be able to open the downloaded scenario 8, until you finish scenario 7, and begin scenario 8. Then exit to the main menu, and open scenario 8.

I think it might be useful have the posibility to chose the size of the restaurant but it doesn't matter, thanks a lot anyway
