Hi guys!im a new player and already hooked on to the game...im stuck at scenario 6..facinf 2 probs...one, im not able to switch between my restaurants and two...no matter what i do, i just cant seem to make a combined profit of $50,000!please help!

You can switch between the restaurants in two ways:
1) click on the arrow near the restaurant name (upper line).
2) Choose Adventure Mode, then scroll to the name of the restaurant (upper line).

In scenario 6, you have 2 tasks: meet with uncle Michel, and make profit of 50,000$.

Why meet with Uncle? Because he will send you to hire 2 new cheffs, (put Pierre in Treize, he is good in French food), which you can divide between the 2 restaurants.

Treize:

If you haven't done it in scenario 5 - this is the time to do it now.

Pause the game, go to Treize, and move the kitchen upstairs, thus it will be able to have 3 stoves with all the other equipment.

Move the one restroom to the place of the kitchen;
Put one dumbwaiter in the kitchen, thus it is placed between the 2 restrooms.

Put no more than 8-9 tables (4 downstairs, and 4-5 upstairs), with partitions. When Armand is alone, the policy is "not sharing tables"; when you get the second chef - change the policy to "sharing tables" (click on Information Center button, first upper button, first upper left button, click on "yes" choosing sharing tables).
Treize is small, and I always share tables there, unless I am asked to raise the restaurant's rate to a higher one.

Assign one captain and 2 servers to the first floor (you have to download the Patch from the Enlight main site), and 1 captain and 2 servers to the second floor - staff button, click on the name of the worker, and under his name you can see 3 options: 1st flor only, 2nd floor only, and Auto. The default is "auto", so you have to choose one of the other options.
Hire 2 kitchen porters - one to wash dishes, and one to operate dumbwaiter.

Change the tables to the most expensive ones, or second-most, to attract customers. add some decorations, mainly pictures and the other one hanging stuff (forgot the name). Put on all tables lights, and maximize the radius (double-click on the lamp, apply to all tables, apply to all lights). Instead of the cheap wall lights, put the most expensive ones.

Replace the staff in the restrooms to the most expensive.

Upgrade Exterior.

Delete the kitchen downstairs, and build it on the second floor, thus it can have (in the future) 4 stoves, 2 working tables and stuff, 2 dumbwaiters, 2 waiting tables, 2 dishwashers, 2 grills.

DON'T open the second floor for now.

Choose the most expensive tables (in scenario 7 you will be asked to reach 3.5 stars rate). Add decor, table lights, wall lights.

Hire 4 servers and 3 captains. Assign them to 1st flor only (when you open the 2nd floor, assign the new workers - 2 captains and 3 servers - to the 2nd floor).
Hire 4 kitchen porters - 2 for operate the dumbwaiters, and 2 for wash dishes only (assign).
For now you can hire only 2 kitchen porters, and with the open of the 2nd floor, hire another 2).

So, the build for now is: 2 floors in Treize, 8-9 tables, sharing; 9 tables in Cosa, with 2 cheffs, sharing, only at the 1st floor.
